During my sessions I always try my best to create a welcoming, warm and safe space to be able to together explore all emotions and what it means to live the “human” experience. Authenticity, acceptance, compassion and empathetic confrontation describe my therapeutic attitude.
Inspired by Schema Therapy, I like to work with change of perspective and imagination. Whenever possible, I integrate meditation and breathing exercises into my practice, as connecting to our body is an essential part of the healing process.
